From the age of 8 years old, the Cambrils Yacht Club offers you the possibility of enrolling in various windsurfing courses adapted to the needs of each individual, such as beginners’ courses or advanced sessions for the more advanced windsurfers. They work with small groups for better control and learning, whatever your level.

In the course, they provide you with all the necessary equipment: board, sail, neoprene and harness. You will learn the most basic notions, with balance exercises on the table, raising the sail and getting the board to move forward and change direction, to later learn advanced techniques to hang on to the harness and start gliding.
